Items are made to order and are usually ready to ship within 3–5 business days. Larger packs and custom work may need additional preparation time, which is confirmed before purchase.

US delivery and duties
US orders are prepared for duties-prepaid delivery. The available shipping service, estimated delivery timing and applicable shipping charge are shown during checkout.
Returns
Contact us before sending anything back. Unused standard items may be eligible for return. Custom or personalized work is reviewed before purchase and is generally not returnable unless it arrives damaged or differs from the confirmed order.
Delivery issues
If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, keep the packaging and contact the sales channel used for the purchase with the order number and clear photos.
Right of withdrawal
For eligible standard products, notify us through the Contact page within 14 calendar days after delivery if you wish to withdraw from the purchase. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your order.
Return process
Wait for return instructions before shipping. Products must be unused and returned with the original packaging where reasonably possible. The customer pays return shipping unless the product is damaged, defective or not the item ordered.
Refund timing
Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received or valid return-shipment evidence is provided. We may withhold the refund until one of those events occurs.
