Orders and pricing
Prices, availability, shipping options and the final order total are confirmed at checkout. An order may be cancelled and refunded if a product cannot be produced as described.
Custom work
Custom dimensions, personalization and other made-for-you details must be confirmed before purchase. Approved custom work may not be eligible for change or return once production begins.
Delivery and returns
Production estimates and delivery estimates are not guarantees where delays are outside reasonable control. Return eligibility is described on the Shipping & returns page and remains subject to applicable customer rights.
