Quantity planning guide

Planning a Bulk Order

Prepare quantities, variants, dimensions, timing and sample decisions before requesting a larger production run.

Plan before counting pieces

A bulk order is a specification, not only a quantity.

The same total quantity can describe one repeated shape, several sizes, personalized variants or a coordinated set. List those parts separately so production can be reviewed accurately.

  • Separate each design, size and personalization version
  • State the quantity required for every variant
  • Include the target date and destination
  • Decide whether a sample or first-piece approval is needed
Clear variant counts reduce assumptions between quote, production and packing.
Project brief

Six details to prepare

Use this checklist for events, classrooms, kits, shops, studio production or recurring supply.

01

Design reference

Existing product, earlier order, sketch, photo or production file.

02

Finished dimensions

Longest side or both dimensions when proportion cannot change.

03

Variant quantities

Piece count for each size, design, word or personalized version.

04

Material

Preferred family, color, thickness or a request for recommendation.

05

Target date

The date the order is needed, destination and any staged requirements.

06

Packing notes

Whether variants need separation, labels or another reviewed arrangement.

Large or recurring?

Use manual review for quantities beyond standard packs.

Capacity, practical minimums, sample needs, production timing and shipping are confirmed before the project is accepted.
