Plan before counting pieces
A bulk order is a specification, not only a quantity.
The same total quantity can describe one repeated shape, several sizes, personalized variants or a coordinated set. List those parts separately so production can be reviewed accurately.
- Separate each design, size and personalization version
- State the quantity required for every variant
- Include the target date and destination
- Decide whether a sample or first-piece approval is needed
